Mike Fernandez

When I was younger in my career, I was like most young people.

I dressed differently than all the guys wearing blue suits or navy blue suits or gray suits and white shirts and guys.

you know, I thought I was dressing cool until after about a year or two, I kept on looking around and nobody dressed like me.

So what happens then is I learned quickly, maybe not so quickly, but I learned that how you step into a room, whether you fit in immediately, and it doesn't mean fitting in, in the classic sense, but if you're distracting with your attire, you're going to have people worrying about that instead of what you have to say.
