Election Day is Tuesday and Michigan's 10th Congressional District is choosing its next representative in Washington.

Republican Mike Bouchard is campaigning on public safety, border security, the economy, and his experience in the military.

He's running against Christina Hines, the Democrat.

Mike joins us now.

And so we need to invest in our communities to make sure we can build back up, bring companies to Michigan, but also be energy independent as a country because our gas prices, our heating and cooling prices, everything is too high.

So we need some real solutions, just finger pointing.

We're talking with Mike Bouchard, who's running for Congress in the 10th District.

What is the biggest difference between you and your opponent, Christina Hines?

Yes.

Mike Bouchard Sr. is the Oakland County Sheriff and Mike Bouchard Jr.

And I honestly don't know if they're senior and junior, but they're both Michael Bouchard.

He is running for Congress in what is mostly in Macomb County next door, although there's a little bit of Oakland County in the district too.

Okay.

The name Hood, there must be five generations of Hoods who've won elected office in Detroit.

And I could go on and on and on, but I won't bore your listeners.

So I don't think it's really a negative at all for Michael Bouchard.

In fact, a vote for MAGA Republican Congressman John James in the gubernatorial race is a vote for the Trump and billionaire Betsy DeVos agenda.

A vote for MAGA Michigan congresspeople such as Tom Barrett or Bill Huizenga or Mike Bouchard Jr. or John Molnar or Jack Bergman or Lisa McClain is definitely a vote for the Trump agenda.

A vote for MAGA Republican Michigan state representatives and state senators is indeed a vote for a furtherance of the Trump agenda in Michigan.

For example, the Trump regime has celebrated and pushed the hyperscale AI data centers down our throats in Michigan as a thank you to Elon Musk, to Sam Altman, to Mark Zuckerberg, to Peter Thiel, and all of the other billionaire tech pros who've bribed, I'm sorry, I'm told it's called, donated to the Trump regime in a myriad of ways.

The way that things have been.

You've got Mike Bouchard, so you're hitting across aisles.

You've got the Democrat and the Republican.

So the fact of the matter is you're diverse.
