What was that like, and when... what's one thing that, when an aha moment, I guess, when you realized you'd cracked something that actually worked?

Mike BartonGUEST
M- and we actually kinda went through the same thing at AudioEye, uh, as well when I joined, is we wanted to kinda take the, the function, which was v- very focused on writing, and expand that to, to encompass all the channels that the modern buyer use today.

Mike BartonGUEST
And so similarly, whether it's building a complete team from scratch, like, uh, building customer marketing team at Zonoti, or at AudioEye expanding and, and building out the, the content and the communication team, uh, I think there's a few s- learnings that kinda came out of that.

Mike BartonGUEST
One is, it's easy to get people to, especially, uh, within the company, to buy into a strategy at the high level.

Mike BartonGUEST
And where I've actually seen that fail in customer marketing, uh, not necessarily at Zonoti, but in general in organizations, the idea behind it is, yes, it makes sense.

You know, they were able to see the results pretty tangibly because I think for a lot of people, they're also like, "Okay, yeah, this is gonna be part of my stack now," but it might, you know, they're thinking it's off in the future that they're going to start seeing results.

So I'm just curious, like, what, what sort of said, "Okay, yeah, it's time to really do something about this"?

Mike BartonGUEST
I, uh, was at a soccer game with my daughter, came across somebody who I had used to work with, uh, at another tech company who had just started working at AudioEye, and so he was telling me about it.

Mike BartonGUEST
I hadn't thought about this." And immediately it was just like, "Yes, this makes sense." And that was the same light bulb that really went off for me, uh, realizing, hey, this is not only a purpose-driven company and something that's good for the world, but, uh, something that actually in making your site accessible for people with disabilities, uh, you are impacting the customer experience.

Mike BartonGUEST
You are making your site more SEO friendly and, and today's, uh, LLM AI world, making your site also more accessible for the LLMs who are now sending agents or having users query, you know, various questions about, uh, companies and industries and things like that.

Mike BartonGUEST
So we're also lifting all these other marketing channels and making them more efficient and more effective.
