And I went through the whole breeding cycle just to get the IV Mightyena that would have all four of the Fang moves.

All right, Gen 3, you have Maxie in Pokemon Ruby, who's running a Mightyena, the Hyena Pokemon, the Crobat, the Bat Pokemon, and Camerupt, the Volcano Camel.

They're all around level 41-ish, and Camerupt is the ace.
