Mifflin Street Block Party

This reminded me, because of your friend getting punched in the face, because that was not actually particularly uncommon.

Right? Just like, watch out! I always thought that, like, the Mifflin Street block party was, like, the happy, good angel party, and then, like, Halloween was, like, the devil party, you know? I still went and had a blast, but also, yes, people getting punched in the face for no reason.

And I think part of it was people wearing costumes and the anonymity that you get when your face is covered, for example.

Not extrapolating out to anything else going on in this country, but...

We were talking yesterday about the Madison and Northwest.

I think I brought up something about Mifflin Street in Madison.

Oh, Mifflin.

And it was funny because you'd been a student there and then she goes back to be a reporter and she ends up reporting on some of the things that she remembers participating in as a student.

Like, oh, there's parties on Mifflin and there's people on porches that are dangerous.

And now you're the reporter rather than the person on the porch.

Yes, I had to be the serious reporter in that case.
