Lots of customers have already done their projects, have moved into a SaaS project.

So I do believe that fundamentally the business model for D365 partners will change where we have been used to selling hours.

But what I believe in the future we need to focus on is selling value.

So how do we see that market change? Will that be...

And it's not just the product platform.

It's Dynamics 365 product platform and Dataverse join the AI at work roadmap, which also then is Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Copilot, everything.

So the way I look at it, it's like, Foundry IQ, that's all Azure.

Fabric is like Power BI, Fabric, data analytics, that type of thing.

So for example, um, uh, to-- let's say, um, I think it's a, a valid, uh, uh, idea.

Uh, we just spoke about Klaus Pfander, the global finance, uh, chief of, yeah, uh, chief financial officer, and he has a company for, uh, doing Microsoft Dynamics, uh, for wood cutting companies, to say [laughs].

Uh, don't know the English word.

The, those, those companies who sa- uh, have big saws and put, uh, wood into smaller pieces.

To scale beyond this, you need a single source of truth.

Prozo.ai points to the absolute necessity of enterprise resource planning platforms, or ERPs like Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Let's break down the mechanics of an ERP for a second.

How does it actually solve this chaos?

A salesperson closes a deal and clicks one in the system.

In a disconnected company, that triggers a flurry of manual emails.

In an ERP like Dynamics 365, that single click automatically triggers the warehouse to allocate the inventory, it instantly updates the financial forecast for the quarter, it generates the shipping label, and it schedules the invoice to be sent via email on the exact appropriate date.

I don't get into demos of how to use the software itself per se, but I talk about all the things you need to know, whether you're implementing either or both of those solutions or whether you're part of an implementation related to either or both of those solutions.

And you might talk about ERP systems that you're comfortable with.

like SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, and others.

Again, if you know what they're using, make sure you include that if you possibly can.

And if you can't, you can say something like, well, I adapt to new platforms rather easily.
