He tends to not do very well at the start of seasons.

So I think as they progress, I know that January onwards is his time and he'll go unbeaten and they'll fly into the playoffs or almost as they did last season.

Seen some fans saying, uh, that their style of play is a bit predictable and teams have sussed them out.
