But I remember when Ian got up there and Mike Babcock was there to help roast Mickey Redmond for the Jamie Daniels

Foundation.

And Ian gets up there and he said, by the way, the drinks, they're on Mike Babcock.

Kenny's been around there a long time.

Mick was there when I was there.

Mickey Redmond doing the color with him.

You're a big Mick fan.

I've been to some before.

Um, I went to Mickey's when he was roasted, which was great, but, uh, expectations were, uh, blown away.

I, from, from my aspect, Ken did a wonderful job as he always does.

All right.

But that would have been something, a wow, if that was you.

But you were, along with Lidstrom and Holmstrom, our most successful event.

And obviously, you know, we've done Mickey and Scotty and Brett Powell had to be virtual.

Uh, to me, this has been a, um, a labor of love.

Uh, from Dick Irvin, to Scott Oake, to Kelly Hrudey, Mickey Redmond, Ken Daniels, Mark Askin, Glenn Adamo, now Cuthbert and Hodge.

Uh, it has been fun for Darren and me to explore exactly what Hockey Night means to so many people, and what it meant to work there, and the impact it had, uh, not only on the game, but what an impact it had on the people's careers.
