You need more of the likes of Ezekiel Tovar, Jordan Beck and company towards the bottom of the fold.

But still, I mean, it's been a case where this has been a team that one through six slash seven has been solid, and now you're getting Kyle Karros off the injury list as well.

I mean, I, I, I can see the impetus to add Zach Veen and 15 teamers just because it is so many home games and so many righties.

I, think the playing time will be there I have no idea if the production will be there probably not but I could see that Hail Mary I mean the other lefties are McCarthy Rumfield and Moniak I mean those guys are gone I mean the other big name is Kyle Karras right who we both really like came off the aisle I believe it was concussion And, yes, you always wonder.

I always think back to Anthony Rizzo from a few years ago.

He's just not the same guy when they returned from a concussion.

This year's been better for the Rockies.

Mickey Moniak's been really good.

Jake McCarthy's been really good.

TJ Romfield's been a revelation in that Yankees trade.

but I feel like they just missed out on an opportunity.

I know they extended Moniak, and maybe that was the right decision, but I think they had a chance to capitalize on a little bit more there for Moniak or for McCarthy.

I said, hey, McCarthy could be a contributor, but he also could have been a contributor in the fact that he might have actually been able to get you something.

On top of that, Hunter Goodman probably could have gotten you a pretty solid haul had the Rockies been able to make a deal.

But...

A lot of the guys have struggled at the end of this year.

Mickey Moniak has been really bad the last...

I'm not going to say the last month, but his last stretch of games, he's batting .323 on the month.

I think that was a bit of a concern.

I thought Mickey Moniak was going to be on the move, but they decided not to move him.

I did

too.

So if they can't win these series, they can't come back with a 5-2 road trip, we might have a big problem if they get in the playoffs and have to go on the road.

Is Mickey Moniak playing for the Rockies?
