Um, he mentioned that Babar is kind of just stays, stays in his own space and is not open to a lot of advice.

And then recently heard Mike, uh, Mickey Arthur on TalkSPORT.

He talked about how Babar was on track to be, you know, one of the best batters.

There were conversations in 2022 or one about Babar s- having break through the Fab Five-- the Fab Four and there being a Fab Five.

He's had a second lease of life in the East Midlands.

And you look at the numbers, he's already surpassed 800 runs for the campaign and continues to be a very, very valuable operator with the ball in hand for Mickey Arthur's men too.

So yeah, it's short and sweet from me, but Martin Anderson had to be my player of the week.

And Kieran, as for yourself, would you agree with that choice, or again, have you chosen someone different?

You put in a system that can consistently get you to a position where you get better.

Mike Hesson is not, like, a perfect coach, right? Mickey Arthur was not, like, a perfect coach.

But they are both system coaches.

Exactly.

It is very hard to be good in modern sport without understanding that every decision you make matters.

And if you just keep changing captains and coaches and selectors and directors of cricket and whatever else it may be, there's nowhere you can go.

And when they have people like Mickey Arthur and Mohsin Khan come in, who actually say, "Guys, we need a system.

We need to build.

They've beaten Derbyshire twice.

Um, if Derby were-- I know Mickey Arthur's spoken a lot about trying to go up, et cetera, et cetera.

I know they've had their own injury problems.

But if you're gonna get promoted from Division Two, you can't lose to the bottom team twice in a season.
