Michelle Wright

I should say that Saltwater does have incredible conference facilities too, but that's probably a story for another day.

Next up, we'll chat to Michelle Wright.

She's the General Manager of Arts Margaret River, which has been scheduling acts and managing Margaret River's cultural and performance space, The Heart.

But first, let's raise the curtain on some show tunes from Australian Broadway stars.

This is Capes Conversations, a half-hour spotlight on this wonderful region which punches well above its weight in the arts.

And today we're talking about the touring, theatre, concerts, dance and comedy performances, as well as our strong local performing arts scene.

I'm Kelly Tannick and with me now is Arts Margaret River General Manager, Michelle Wright.

Welcome, Michelle.

Yeah

...

Michelle Wrights.

He didn't even get one.

No, man.

We're at war.

You just heard the story from the great Michelle Wright where Costco is rationing, listen to me, rationing motor oil.

So if you want to change the oil of your car and your wife's car and your child's car, you can't buy enough cans of oil from Costco.

They're going to ration you.

The Cox News Service said 10 feet deep.

And finally, Pittsburgh's WTAE, a woman named Michelle Wright, said that it was 18 feet deep.

So this is the range of description of how deep this crater was.

None of them more than six yards deep.

You don't really realize it until you're not doing it how much you miss talking to people.

and miss coming into the studio and sitting at my desk and watching the Von Hesse Doctrine do their thing and seeing Alex Williams in traffic and seeing Bill Cagliaccio and Michelle Wright doing the news.

You really do miss it, and you miss just the vibe that exists in this building.

It's like nothing else, right? I've worked jobs where I would take vacation and I came back.
