Can you walk us through the six steps of resiliency blueprint on a high level? Which of those six steps do most women tend to skip and what are the consequences of skipping it?
8:57
So yes, um, I find, and I even did it myself that, you know, I want to rush to get to the end.
9:06
You know, I want the end result.
9:09
What you don't understand is if you, so phase one is seeing the truth.
9:14
Phase one is building the, the awareness around you and then naming what is actually holding you back.
9:23
Phase two is finding your safe harbor, which is creating stability and your support and healing.
9:30
Phase three is now we're going to heal those wounds and we're going to process that pain and then we're going to reclaim ourselves.

And to wrap up our discussion for today, if the resiliency blueprint becomes a household name, what is the lasting legacy you want to leave for your children, your clients, and a woman you serve on nonprofit boards?
5:17
Because I never
5:20
know.
5:20
I'm just like, you know.
5:23
But yeah, started.
5:25
And I just started the business out of a need.
5:28
And so far, everything that I've done has, I've seen a need and I filled it.
5:33
So the resiliency blueprint, this book, we have six children between us, my husband and I, he has three, I have three.

Yeah.

But I would say because of this, what do you think are some of the biggest operational gaps that you still see lenders struggling with as they get ready for this November rollout mandate? I
3:14
think a lot of lenders aren't set up properly to retain the structure data in their LOS.
3:21
Okay.
3:21
I think that's a big issue.
3:22
The loan operating system.
3:24
Okay.
3:25
And they're still thinking about appraisals as documents instead of data sets.

Okay.

In fact, she even testified on his behalf at the trial in Michigan, making this whole story even sadder.
38:22
So I wasn't a part of...
38:23
Like, I couldn't be in the courtroom because I had to testify when she came for the 2017 trial, but she did testify to his character then.
38:31
Uh, but that wasn't the only time.
38:32
She also had come into some of our child custody and, and parenting, like the court hearings, uh, to testify on his behalf as well.
38:41
You know, just as, I don't want to say naive, but she just, she thought he was different than what he portrayed, just like I did, and it wasn't anything that was her fault.
38:49
He had just told her a story that she believed, and she really loved him and cared for him, and she wanted to believe that he was the person that he portrayed to her.

And it's all because a couple of jurors up here in Michigan didn't do their job in a case where there was overwhelming evidence that was well prosecuted, and they found, "Well, let's, let's go with the lesser charge." And, and I will tell you, in my career, I saw that happen many, many, many times
