Michelle Ellsworth

That's how everyone feels about dance.

So I took one dance class with Michelle Ellsworth, who I got a Guggenheim, MacArthur, Doris Duke Award.

She's phenomenal.

Yeah.

Because I go to so much dance and it would all look the same to me.

And I felt bad because these choreographers, we know how much time they put in.

We know how rehearsal and these dancers are performing and I just would be like I don't remember anything because it looked like everything else so that's when I really started to lean on my perspective and my point of view which Michelle Ellsworth really helps bring out and cultivate and Erica Randall I have to give a shout out to Erica Randall she once told me to be more gay and I remember getting so offended by that what do you mean? Oh my gosh, what do you mean more gay? And she's like, Anthony, think about it.

And I tell people that story and they get mad for me.
