How did you learn to do that? And what does that mean in practice?

Well, connect is a word that comes up a lot for me and it, I touched on it earlier.

It's something I like to do.

I was actually on a leadership course, um, at treasury and we had to do a global project as part of it.

And I realized the role that I played in that team.

was a lot of bringing people together, getting them organized, creating a plan, and then people going.

I was quite often that glue that made things happen.
