You know what I mean? Like the, all of it, like the, the logistics of it, traveling out up to the game, the, the night before, the game itself, the what goes on in terms of actually your, your prep for that, all of that is just as, as important.

So that's why I think that, that organizer kind of figure who is Mícheál Donoghue in hurling is to me is a classic example of that.

Like he is a leader of, of the, the unit and Franny is, you know, and he, he would say that himself, he drives the, the hurling side of it, but that is not, there's a bigger picture beyond that as well, which I do think the next manager would have to be, be conscious of too.

And just the, I know I'm rambling here slightly, but the final one for me is go back to your point there earlier about that development thing that there is, if it's, um, you would have like maybe a, a, a, some, in some places a very wrong misconception, but there is a conception maybe if it is an outside manager that it's about short-term success.
