So we wanted to understand steps along that trajectory so that we can see where patients are falling out and maybe understand some patients who might have been transplant eligible.

And a lot of research in transplantation was utilizing the transplant registry.

So a lot of-- We know really a lot about the waitlist dynamics, about the transplant volume, the, the transplant rates, and post-transplant care.

But transplant registries do not capture pre-listing stages.

And leveraging the new data that we've acquired, like national data from Epic Cosmos database, for, for, for the very first time, we were able to look at the national landscape, whatever is happening prior to listing.

And again, we, we knew from anecdores there is a lot of attrition.

People, you know, do not follow up.
