You know, uh, real-life example, uh, one of the friends I have in business, his name's Ryan Pineda, and he made his start in ho- house flipping and, uh, being a real estate investor.

And he recently went on Instagram and shared that he's shutting down his real estate business, which is, was kind of like his claim to fame.

He's made, he's made so much money even helping people get into the industry, and what's funny is people are making reactions to that announcement, and the oppor- the, the oppositions or the perspectives, you have people who are like, "Dude, this guy changed my life.

We have the pre-production, the production, and the post-production.

Now, when I say invite people into the creation of your content, you could invite people in the pre-production.

Now, what does that look like? That looks like putting together a group of friends.

That looks like hopping on Zoom and dialoguing video ideas with somebody else.

And that's what I teach people, no matter what it is.

I mean, let's go back to basic wholesaling real estate, right? If you're going to wholesale houses, meaning if you're going to put a house under contract and assign that to Michael's Uber on the back end, because he's going to keep it and rent it, or your clients, you always want to know who's your buyer first.

So I'm picking up the phone and I'm like, hey, Michael, where do you like to buy? What are you looking for? What's your

buy box in my world?

What's your buy box? Tell me where, tell me what, but more importantly, tell me why so I can learn.
