It raises questions in my mind, for example, as you're talking, like can you give an example of a place with excellent social cohesion and is a high level of social cohesion itself potentially... an area where an outgroup, a minority that might be considered not within that social cohesion community, feels an even greater level of separation, umbrage and perhaps a tendency towards extremism.
