Then with Rich, I would say kindness and, like, you know, that you would think that that's something that's just a given, but he just operates his room and his space with such safety and calmness and peace and kindness, and there isn't this, like, chicken with your head cut off energy that you find in other offices that I try to, like, keep in myself and remember that balance.

Um, Michael Nicolo, I would say direction, how he gives direction and how concise and particular it is and how he can be so clear with just a couple words, and I've really taken that away.
