Like, obviously, it looks a lot different than it, it did probably 15 years ago to you, but, like, what's standing out to you?
37:18
I think a lot of people have new and fresh ideas that maybe want to start a startup or a brand-new company.
37:24
There's nothing wrong with that, especially now as we sit here at the National in 2026.
37:30
There's a lot of capital flowing around.
37:31
The stock market's at an almost record high, and people feel very comfortable.
37:36
The unemployment rate is pretty low.

It's in the fours still.

Like, what did trust and reputation look like before, in this industry before social media existed?
12:22
I'll answer it in a couple, uh, I guess in two different ways.
12:25
The way that trust and media back then operated is in a way similar to way it-- similar to the way it operates today.
12:34
Meaning, it's all about, um, uh, making introductions to people who you trust.
12:40
So I have a very small network of people who I really, really trust.
12:45
And if I'm looking for somebody in the hobby for whatever reason or whatever, uh, thing I need, I'll go to these people who I trust and say, "Hey, I'm looking for this.
12:55
Can you recommend somebody?" And if those people recommend somebody to me in a hobby, then I don't have to ask them any questions.

Do you think that these things that we love as business owners, that we love as collectors, do you think those things could end up being bad for collectors based on just the way that they can be used to maybe take advantage of others in specific categories?
