It was just unfortunate he'd hopped the ball three times.

Yes and of course Kevin Kane hasn't quite shit the bed just yet in an All-Ireland final where he was put marking Michael Murphy which of course people from Kilmina and Luesburg in particular have never been able to let that fact down as Bernard Brogan lines up the free and it's a very routine score there to start off for Bernard Brogan of course another player who is pocketing a large wage from his travails with this Dublin team this year as Garda David Clark lines up for the first kick-out of the game and six years on from that last All-Ireland semi-final, TJ, it'll be interesting to see if David Clark goes for the short kick-out or if he continues to lob the ball high to the middle of the field.

Caelan Kelly I thought up front just controlled the game along with Murphy and people would even say maybe even more so the way he brings a bit of poise and calm and coaching throughout the game you know it was excellent term deeply disappointed I'm sure young Shea Boyle came off the bench maybe should have had him on earlier because she kicked a brilliant point when he came on I love watching you know you're always looking out who could we add to going forward you know looking for Donegal I love watching young Fagan wing back I just think he has huge pace, so he has good ball player, probably disappointed himself yesterday, but he's a good player there and definitely I think has something to go on and do more in the future.

But listen, John touched on it there, the Glen of Michael Murphy this year didn't have him last year, it's a huge factor, it's a huge factor going forward.

Murphy long make it that he says we all feel that they've got to go away too listen that's last chance saloon now for Kelly Beggs and the men from Glenfin surprisingly Glenfin well beaten at the weekend by Arua and Kelly Beggs only losing by a point to our draft so they're down looking to fight for their senior status so the draw now obviously as we're saying this Michael's playing Glenn Swilley we've Niamh Connell Kilcarr St Union's Dunlow and McCull's Guidoor so listen pick your winners out of that I think the only ones and John I think you remain are the only clear favourites in this at this point I think everybody else is trying to get up to Niamh Connell's level

I think that's a very biased opinion from an ex-Centurions player and part of the management team.

You have to go out and do the business on a day-by-day basis.

The game has changed fundamentally so much over the last 24 months with the new rule changes that if you're not 100% at the pitch of the game and then you come across a Michael Murphy or a Michael Langan or a Ryan McHugh or an Owen McHugh that decide that that's the day they're going to hit every ball and it's going to be a two-pointer and you score six or seven, and then you're in real trouble so it's not like years gone by where you could look at them and go they're very strong defensively they'll not be broken down the game has opened up right now where you can be destroyed from the perimeter And that encourages people to go out and you can get caught very, very badly.
