buildings that one can still see many from the gilded age that really housed the great newspapers and a number of them are really still there can you talk a little bit about why the physical newspaper buildings were in fact so grand and so ornate because one of the things that i learned from your tour it seems like there was a little messaging in there right not just a little messaging

you know, the newspaper editors and publishers of the day didn't do anything on a small scale, right? So think about the news business for a second.

It's ephemeral.

Here today, gone tomorrow, especially from a newspaper standpoint.

You print the news, your customers buy the paper, and then they toss it out.

That is the news business.

So you have to keep reproducing it every single day.

So can you talk about these two gentlemen, who they were, how they battled it out, and just exactly what does that mean, yellow journalism?
