So I think it's gonna be interesting to see how each one of these PMSs takes a different approach to implementing something in a unique way, but what's your perspective on that?
18:33
Yeah, and I, to answer a question you had asked a few minutes ago, who are gonna be the players five or 10 years from now? Honestly, I think there's gonna be some that aren't even here now that we haven't heard of because the technology is so democratized that Raf said, I don't wanna say anyone can do it, but it's a lot easier now than it was before.
18:51
Now having said that, the current players, the CampSpots and Staylist obviously have a leg up because the other thing I would say about that too, and any vendor can attest to this, especially in the campground industry, it takes three, four, five years to really break in.

If you're unveiling a new company or a new product, it takes a while.
19:10
Campground operators are inherently suspicious of changing up their operations.
19:15
And so the, the, I don't wanna say the old guard, but the current reservation system companies, again, they've been around a long time, and so they've built up a lot of credibility and a lot of just rapport with the operators out there.
19:28
So back to your original question with the AI and how that plays into it, again, it's a balancing act obviously.

Maybe Michael, to your members at TACL, is there one thing that is their biggest concern at the moment about, above anything else?
