Trump said in his press release about this extra cash, quote, Under my leadership, we will continue to honor the proud history of our country's HBCUs and ensure that they remain strong and capable to educate the next generation of black Americans, end quote.

To which the head of the United Negro College Fund and a major Democrat donor, Mr. Michael Lomax, said that he was just thrilled, pleased that President Trump did this, that HCBUs deserve all of this extra money.

The other way that President Trump is trying to rebuild his political coalition, whether that be young or black or otherwise, is to remind voters that Democrats are communists.

And the way that he is doing it, folks, well, it is quite something and possibly illegal.

I was very interested in their drama school at that time.

But one of the people who was kind of a graduate student, he was a graduate student, and was working with us at that time, who had also gone to an HBCU, was Michael Lomax.

And so we got to know each other, fell in love with each other, and he was coming back to Atlanta to teach at Morehouse.

So I came back to Atlanta, too.
