Really enjoyed Michael Landsberg as a host.

I enjoyed Simon.

Back then, Landsberg did a lot of interviews with wrestlers.

I got to hear, there's a, if you're listening, Michael Landsberg, there was a TSN interview That's the Sports Network guy that he had.

When I was touring with Mick, Roddy Piper was in town.

It was Mick and Roddy Piper.

And the green room's above me and it has an open, like it's just open.

So you can hear the conversation.

And it was Roddy Piper talking to Michael Landsberg about Michael's coke problem.

uh he was going through like a pretty bad coke problem at the time and was that and sorry landsberg but uh he uh and roddy was like the sweetest guy about he was like here's my number if you ever have to because you know roddy had a pretty bad coke problem in the 80s and was like just the best dude that's awesome yeah yeah yeah

And he was asked, uh, I think Michael Landsberg was the host.

Uh, he was asked like who is the s- who, who's the person that he think hasn't lived up to their potential, and he mentioned Big Show.

'Cause he, he was, he was disappointed in Big Show at the time because Big Show could be the biggest draw, the biggest everything, and just wasn't doing the work for it.

It also focuses around a guy that I grew up watching, and if you're like me, you probably grew up watching in Canada especially, but all the stuff is on YouTube now.

Michael Landsberg used to host a show on TSN called Off the Record, and that show became probably one of the first... real shoot interview mainstream shows for pro wrestlers probably v first to be honest with you nobody was talking to pro wrestlers the way landsberg was back in the day now did it always go his way no the cm punk interview yeah prime example however much respect to that guy for what he did and what he brought to us wrestling fans and it's a moment from that show with eric bischoff And so Dave's going to tell his side of that story coming up.
