there well um two things i want to highlight one is uh just at the start of the summer i uh I read Canon Revisited by Michael Kruger.

So that's a book all about the origins of the New Testament and how we recognize the authority of the New Testament.

I've

fantastic book.

And I know that a lot of people now, there's lots of influences, lots of voices, people like Bart Ehrman and others that raise questions over the integrity of the canon.

I would just point anybody to Michael Kruger.

What he's got is really helpful.

And then it can go even further, so, uh, doing family devotions together.

Uh, I just listened to your episode with, uh, Melissa and Michael Kruger, which was wonderful, and, um, you know, really great with thinking about, okay, what are, what can those devotions look like, and what do they look like from the time our kids are little all the way up until when they're teenagers? Um, and so resources like that are really helpful resources that come from trustworthy pe- people that can help walk us through.

For our family, that looks like in the morning at breakfast.

For many families, it looks like around the dinner table.

And, you know, I think that stuff is still really important.

The thing that Michael Kruger and I did on Canon has helped all sorts of people.

The second to last, or was it the last? Here's the second to last sermon that I gave there from Isaiah 41.

Michael Kruger is the Samuel C. Patterson Professor of New Testament and Early Christianity at Reformed Theological Seminary.

He is the author of numerous books, including his latest, The Good News Family Devotional: 52 Weeks Through the Gospel of Mark, which he wrote with his wife.
