But any case, I'm talking to Michael Hampton, otherwise sometimes known as Kid Funkadelic, formerly of Funkadelic, Parliament, the whole George Clinton universe, many, many other projects over the years.

Mr. Michael Hampton's latest release, the mini album King Kong, is out now on the slightly convoluted Sound Mind Records, Lightyear, Virgin Records, UMG label, label combination.

Not quite sure how to describe that, but that's where it's available.

I'm gonna put a link in the description for all various places that you can find it.

It's, uh, apparently gonna be available in about three weeks' time on CD and vinyl.

Um, it's not available on Bandcamp, but you can, uh, listen to and buy digital copies of Michael Hampton's previous release, Into the Public Domain, on Bandcamp, as well as it being available on various other platforms, too.
