You know, one of the members of Congress I used to work for, Mike Grimm, you guys have probably seen him on Newsmax, but what he used to do is every... time he would come to dc on his trip home he'd have us write down constituents numbers he gave his phone number out to everybody he'd have us write down constituents phone numbers issues that reached out over the week and on his whatever it was three hour drive home from dc to new york he would call these people let them know that he knows about their issue let them know that he cares for someone who's making 1600 bucks a day to go to washington dc i think that's probably the bare minimum of what you can do.
