It's not like it was a very free flowing, you know, lackadaisical, uh, game in the defensive zone even though we gave up some high danger chances i still feel like we limited limited a lot of chances and we're blocking a lot of shots i don't know what the shot attempts were for for san jose i imagine it was a lot we blocked a lot of shots tonight

yeah i mean the reason i say trust it's because when you know that you have to the team knows upl struggling as much as we know upl is struggling if you're a defenseman and you know that that's behind you, you're doing everything in your power.

You're gripping that stick extra tight.

You're possibly making a play that you don't necessarily have to make or normally wouldn't make because you don't want the play to get behind you or you don't want the puck to get turned over for a shot against because what's going to happen, you know? And I, That's what I see happening.

I think they're trying to do too much defensively sometimes to where they're out of position.

They're turning the puck over.

How many times have we seen them not clear the zone? They're trying to make the play instead of just make the easier play, if that makes sense.

Do you think they should come back with the same lines against Anaheim? And what did you think of the lines tonight?

if we said a month ago that this team was going to be 500 through 10 games i can't say that we'd be that upset about it you're looking at minnesota dallas in montreal twice florida they're playing some good teams some divisional teams yeah the issue is how they're 500 and connor you mentioned the second periods being the worst period all season for them to this point games like today they dominate 40 minutes can't score probably the first game they've gotten goalie this year but i mean come on it's it's dan vladar i mean we got to find a way to beat that um know the power play the pilot penalty kill just nothing's coming together we have a we have a good a good power play day and you know our d zone's not working or you know our goalies are playing well and now we're losing a game two to one you know every there's there's just nothing has been a complete game from every aspect yet and I mean, maybe being 500 is a good thing because it can only get better.

Can it get worse? Yes.

But I mean, if Dolan figures it out, if, you know, Oslin starts putting some more, you know, we're without Darlene for what was it? Three, four games, you know? So it just, I still want to try to be positive with it because it is still only 10 games.

We are still 500.

And in my opinion, I think if they pump a couple in today, early on, the Flyers crumbled.

And for being 500, I still think this team could or maybe should have seven wins at this point.
