What are some of the most common issues you see with clients you go and see out there that are having issues? A mixture of

Maybe it's like newer welders that just haven't been trained properly on machine setup and drive roll size and contact tip size and why it's important that those need to be right to the wire size that they're using.

Michael ClayGUEST
I put up a little video and it's finding time to do it, but I'm trying to add another video to it of even just like the wrong shielding gas mix for what you're actually doing.

Michael ClayGUEST
you know, like how much argon you need for a spray transfer for a weld and guys that are maybe still using a 75-25 and just cranking it open for the best and wondering why there's still spatter like crazy flying around, right? So there's a lot of that of just an incorrect setup.

Michael ClayGUEST
And if you can just change, you know, a drive roll, a gas mix, pairing a wire feed speed and voltage a little bit better to actually get it to match and people just don't know that you just need to go up a little bit more, right? And get that to be...

Michael ClayGUEST
So it's a lot of, I would say, just... incorrect setup and whether that's from training or guys that were just I think we're needing welders so people just kind of get rushed into it and it's a right it's not necessarily a perfect training for everyone right so there's an inexperience that people need to get and once they get it it's fantastic but there's a lot of start like that right

and see what's going on first so And then if someone was interested in following kind of like a career pathway like you have, what would your recommendations be for them?
