What we're looking for here, Michael, would be what are key three key areas you think any manufacturing type organization should be thinking about? How do we unpack that a little bit, you know, pretend our audience maybe isn't a real expert like you, and make sure we keep this easy to understand, but what are we digging for? What's the data? What are we looking for? And how do we measure? How do we understand the baseline, the nature of the threat, the opportunity that's in front of the organization, and put a little bit of a yardstick on
5:30
that? So I think you talk about it, right? And I think everybody talks about ops model, right? And And inside that ops model always is people.
5:44
And that ops model informs an engagement model for which people go get things done for you.
5:52
And when you think about artificial intelligence inside that, the thing that people run to usually is, well, how do I keep humans in the loop? Right.
6:05
That's a real good thing to think about.
6:07
How do I keep humans in the loop inside an operational model where I have to have engagement that people are there to make sure? And so I won't get deep into it yet, but now we're outsourcing.
6:23
And so if we're outsourcing and we're outsourcing inter-level jobs, right, where does judgment start to form? and discernment inside companies.

18:39
Talk to us a little bit about, you know, what are we looking for there? How do we measure? How do we determine our exposure, our gap, you know, the opportunity for us around that one?
8:17
How can you piggyback onto that as a brand to say, if somebody asks about these questions, show them our ad, recommend that this is the best product?
8:25
I think it's going to be the wild, wild west for a while.
8:28
Because figuring that out – so if you think about it for a second, we're going from this architecture of the web, as you talk about, that was click-based architecture and economy, to an architecture that's built around, what do I want? And the reasoning engines were all – are all going to be the collapse of everybody.
8:53
So the way personal agency works is you spend most of your life trying to orchestrate to get what you want and you do most of the effort for the work.
9:01
What the reasoning to edge will do is it will do all the orchestration for you based on what you want.
9:07
And so it will go out and arrange all the orchestration relative to what you want.
9:12
And you just have to determine what you want, which now means all the effort for you is in determining why you want what you want.
13:36
To what level and to what degree are they authorized to transact with each other? Is this a repeat order? Is this something new? What information are they basing it on? Is it aligned with our contracts? Whose interest does the agent representative have in mind? Can they be swayed? Things like that.
