Do you guys... kind of create individual plans for certain players? Like if they want to work on, or if they need help on certain skills or different aspects of their game, is that all within the academy? That like kind of sitting and doing film or doing one-on-one on the ice with just a specific player?

Yeah, it's so funny you say that.

I am actually going to be leaving the rink here after the podcast and heading over to the academy because I have about six or seven kids who want to do some individual video.

We'll do a big session of video with all of our players, which I think is great, when our 16-year-olds are sitting in the same room as some of our 12-year-olds that are in the academy.

I think the academy model is just becoming more... especially after COVID, I feel like that is just really kind of taken off.

Whether it's homeschool or different online platforms, we're really fortunate to have like a brick and mortar building here in Nashville for our players to go and sit in a classroom and do their academics.

And with that, it just really provides a lot of flexibility with it.

So what would you tell, like, the parents like me with younger kids, like, getting kids into hockey and what do you think, like, for mindset and also, like, technically, like, what do you think you'd get them into if they want to start in their new game?
