And this is a letter to the editor from Joy Nason that she sent Get a Life to be read out on today's podcast.

Thanks to the diligence and courage of investigative journalists such as Michael Bachelard with his explosive revelations of the corruption of the exclusive brethren revealed in today's SMH, the public are made aware of the lengths the EB slash PBCC will go to in their attempts to influence the outcome of political elections.

To me, the greatest lie perpetrated by the EB hierarchy is the claim that brethren members act individually when the fact is all strings are pulled by the puppet master.

And above all, what should never be forgotten is the human cost to so many, myself included, as a consequence of breaking free from the so-called Christian organization.

But they do also have this long history of intervening in elections for the Liberal Party.

My colleague Michael Bachelard, he has a really long history of reporting on these guys for more than 20 years, including when they were helping the Howard Government and secretly meeting with Howard way back then.

Now during the last election, he uncovered thousands of the Brethren had come out undercover, and there were leaked videos showing senior elders basically coaching members on how to blend in, how to be aggressive, how to be evasive if someone asks who you really are, all to keep pushing these voters towards the Liberal Party.
