Micah Hudson

I've dealt with that with some of the guys I've trained.

I've dealt with the John T. Cooks, the Micah Hudson.

Those are my guys.

But with those dark times, I was right there in the dark with my lamp, turning it on for them.

A little bit of an issue.

I mean, defense bailed out Micah Hudson for Oregon State.

And you can say what you want to about the penalty.

It was called, okay? At the end of the day, it was called.

I'd kind of just rather play Johnson or Eakin considering their price were similar where he is, and I don't have to worry about any injury or usage concerns.

Micah Hudson is probably the most talented guy pound for pound in this Texas Tech wide receiver room.

Six targets on the season.

That's not nothing, but he is $3,800, so he would be like a punt option.

He called that embarrassing and said, that's not football.

And he, you know, again reiterated how after the Micah Hudson penalty, that they had to play defense after that because otherwise it was, I mean, Oregon State could have taken the lead and maybe even ultimately won the ball game.

And even acknowledging that when you look at it, it's not necessarily to the same tone as what Quentin Joyner's was, but still you can't put yourself in that position.

So, you know, reiterated the fact about just how important it is to, you know, have everybody at the football game and everybody to show up.

Yeah, like if you go back and watch it, I don't really know who saw that.

And then if you see Micah actually is standing over the guy trying to help him up, you know, and so – but it is what it is.

We can't do that if that's what's going to be called.

The one on cue, I mean, he's embarrassed, we're embarrassed.

If you think about it, the last one could have easily cost us the game because it allowed them to have more time on the clock that they shouldn't have.

So obviously it would be a dress, but to me the concerning ones were the two unsportsmanlike penalty calls.

And the one on Micah Hudson, I mean, yeah, it didn't look like much, even when I went back and looked at it, you know, and he's trying to help him up, there's no question.

You had two offensive players called for unsportsmanlike for pushing a defender down after the player, when the play- player was out of bounds.

One was Quentin Joyner, the other one was Micah Hudson.

Both were like, like, especially when you watch the replay, you're like, "That was, that was just unnecessary and just, like, boneheaded." Like Joyner was, was...

His was out of bounds and, like, after the, the whistle was, was blown.

Micah Hudson's was, like, opposite side of the field, and the defender may have flopped and may have drawn that call, but you, you, you could see, like, when he pushed him down, blew the whistle, and then he was, you know, he extended his hand to help him get back up.

It wasn't like he did it maliciously and not like he was, he was getting frustrated and just took it out on him.

It was just, he was...

I, I, I thought he was super talented.

You've got a former five-star in Micah Hudson still there.

He's been very underwhelming in his career for whatever reason.

The defense, again, you have AJ Holmes coming back who was, who was an All-American last year.
