Miami Marathon

That's really impactful.

All the way to, I was at the Miami Marathon last year, And I usually hang out around mile 21, mile 22 to just see athletes.

And I had an athlete, you know, run up and, you know, it's been happening, you know, a couple hundred times.

You're getting a sweaty hug because Miami is very humid.

I will agree with that.

When I lived in Miami, and people would come down for the Miami Marathon in January, and yes, Miami is cooler then, but it was still very humid and, like, 70 degrees, and that is very hard if you've been training in 30 degrees.

So flip side of the summer training is if you're training through the winter and you go to a hot race, if you have not done all of those heat acclimation protocols, it is very hard.

It is.

Yeah, I had to get up and back.

But I only did that because I went and I tried out for, I went and ran the, Miami Marathon.

It was called ING at the time.

I did the half.
