But he said, the Miami Heretics are expected to scale back CDL operations, offering minimum salaries with bare-bones staffing.

And he followed that up by saying, with Missits still owning the franchise spot, it's possible elements of the Mutineers branding return in some capacity or they sell the spot in its entirety if they can find a buyer.
