Like, they redid all the textures.

They improved the, the controls to be a modern control scheme, which is huge for that game.

Um, that's the one you should play is Metroid Prime Remastered.

I think that people right now are really wanting a 2D Metroid game.

Between, uh, Prime Remastered, like, f- when was that? Four years ago.

And then Star Fox, and then this, it's like, we were talking a little ear- uh, before the show, like, they're kind of the kings of, of the remasters now.

And I cannot, I cannot wait to play this game.

I know the hardcore Nintendo and Paper Mario people love that game, but the fact that they brought that forward and it's in HD now and cleaned up and they fixed some of the things that were wrong with it.

We talk about Metroid Prime Remastered.

That is by far probably the best looking game on the Nintendo Switch.

It's a fan game.

Partially because Luigi's Mansion 2 HD, they dropped the Dark Moon.

But I think this would be exactly like what Metroid Prime Remastered was.

But, you know... just like a prettier version of the original game.

None of the multiplayer mode, cut the multiplayer mode completely.

That's not to say that he didn't have any experience.

Um, he did play through Super Metroid, and I believe, I believe he'd already played Metroid Prime Remastered as well by the time this first episode premiered.

But what's really interesting about Gooey, 'cause you know, if you go on YouTube, you know, there's a bunch of like, bunch of videos of, you know, people playing Metroid for the first time and giving their thoughts about it, but what makes Gooey's attempt so, you know, unique and fresh, um, is that he really commits to the bit of playing it as if he were playing it for the first time, you know, in 1986 or 1987 if you're, um, in America when it comes out.

And, um, and, uh, y- yeah, it's really cool.

You are running to try and escape a thermal nuclear reactor blowing up right in your face and running into a ton of resistance along the way.
