Messianic Judaism

This is the beauty of the season we're in.

And here's the thing, the entire Jewish world is focused on the exact same thing that we as Messianic Jews and Gentiles are focused on.

Repentance, restoration, reconciliation with the Heavenly Father.

We as believers in Yeshua are Have the message of truth, repentance, restoration, reconciliation for Messiah Yeshua.

Okay, so for our study tonight, we will be talking about the topic of the Feast of Trumpets, or Yom Teruah, which can literally be translated as A day of blowing, with that phrase can be translated as the blowing of trumpet.

And many of us Christians, as well as Messianic Jews, often get really excited during this time of year because of aspects of this feast and what they represent.

And again, there should be a reason for an excitement.

But I would say that there should always be a reason for excitement when it comes to the blessed hope regarding the return of the true and living Son of God.

And in 1995, Stuart and his wife Chantal moved to Belarus, with their four children in response to what God was doing among the Jewish people in Belarus.

They lived in Belarus for 12 years, from 1995 to 2007, and through them, God birthed four Messianic Jewish congregations, the Comfort for Holocaust Survivors Initiative, a Compassion for Orphans Initiative, Camp Chalutzim for children and teens, and more.

I believe they continue to even oversee and work with a lot of this work continually to this day.

In 2006, Stuart and Chantal founded Reach Initiative International and now have staff and volunteers ministering in Israel, Belarus, India, and around the world.

Rabbi Stuart is an ordained Messianic Jewish rabbi through the IAMCS, and he and Chantal have four children and 11 grandchildren.

12 grandchildren now.

Mazal tov, right? Mazal tov.

It's overwhelming, this hardship, and it's exactly why we at Reach Initiative do what we do.

He went from being the friendliest guy in the world to this dark person.

Cahn leads the Beth Israel Worship Center in Wayne, New Jersey as part of the Messianic Jewish movement that believes that Jesus is the Messiah, making it generally considered a branch of Christianity.

Well, and then I guess Lundeen said it's all BS.

Jesus is BS.

So they didn't want any bad press.

This guy attacked a Messianic Jew, a Jewish guy that became a Christian.

And there's audio from a video that I would play, but I'd have to beep like about 40% to 60% of it would be like watching a Jerry Springer segment.

So, you know, what's the point? But he was calling – well, just use your imagination.

And unfortunately, for example, I, I would have to mention James White, because one of the things that happens is you see a guy like James White, who i- it just goes after Joel Webbon all the time in just a very hard way.

But the hypocrisy is plain and obvious to anyone who pays attention, because it's like, well, when have you ever talked to Dr. Michael Brown, a Messianic Jew, who was at the Brownsville Revile, what, uh, Revival.

Uh, like, when have you ever spoken to him that way, even though there's sexual allegations against him? No.

Silence.
