I was the real-life Hannah Montana of Mesquite.

um having my first two i realized that i needed to be closer and i needed to be able to go in and out but then i also like on the business side of things i felt like i needed a place where i could teach and have trainings and meetings in order for me to be able to be with my baby and not feel like oh Things are going up in flames.

And then I was like, OK, well, I'm gonna need one when I come back.

And so I started looking at locations and like my number one priority was to find a place that had a conference room so that we could host meetings.

And ever since opening up the Mesquite office, we've, oh my gosh, we have so many meetings in there.

But I just realized like, wow, we have such a good team.

You don't know what happens in Florida.

I mean, I ran a listing appointment yesterday for, for a homeowner.

He bought in 2023 out in Mesquite for 317.

And look, you know, with the condition of the property and everything,

I think it makes us all look like morons.

But I just feel like that money for a lot of the buyers I've been working with can be better spent, those concessions, as opposed to buying down the rate with other things they want to do, right? Maybe you're getting a house that's, like you were talking about that guy's house in Mesquite at $260.

We're seeing a lot of sellers right now who bought in a high market.

Well, I grew up in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, actually in a little town called Sunnyvale, squeezed between Mesquite and Garland.
