She also sang in the school choir and really anywhere she could get her hands on a microphone with people willing to listen, or even if she was alone.

She would go on to attend Mesa High School where she excelled academically, performing extremely well and getting involved with multiple groups and organizations.

Lisa was described at this time in her life as full of joy and with gigantic dreams she was determined to capture.

Although initially she had been on a different trajectory, in 2001, after seeing the Jennifer Lopez movie The Wedding Planner, Lisa decided that was exactly what she wanted to do with her life.

But Ferris showed well as a blocker, just not a lot of opportunities for him to get open.

The night before, I saw another guy that UCLA is heavily after, Sione Ta'ali'i, out of Mesa High School, the 2028 top 10 player in Arizona, who's got UCLA on a short list, took an unofficial visit there in the spring.

So some pretty good talent.

There this weekend, I'm heading up to the northwest to go watch games in Washington and Oregon.

Remember one of the years we were training out in Tucson, he was pitching, I believe, for the Mesa High School.

He had an incredible record.

He was as big then as he is now.

Junior and senior, okay.

Junior and senior year, I went from a 500-person high school to a 6,000-person high school, 6A, Mesa High School in Mesa, Arizona.

I did really well at sports.

What year did you graduate? I graduated in 91.
