Now, Obviously, as the audience and you know, recruiters handle 60 to 120 recs per applicant, right? I did a webinar with Sherm and Joe Gage two weeks ago, who's the head of the Catholic Health Association and chief HR officer of Bon Secours Mercy Health.

Oh, and I said, you know, Northwestern Medicine and their Mercy Health, you know, they put them in, we can't take them out, you know? So that's probably a liability issue, right? They're afraid of getting sued, right? So then I go, I'll go to Northwest Medicines Urgent Care in Crystal Lake, you know? And they said, oh, no, you got to go back to the hospital.
