You mentioned markets a moment ago, and I know you spend a lot of time at the local Sant'Ambrogio market.

What is it that you love about it, and what are you looking for when you go typically?

I love Sant'Ambrogio.

I think it's the one covered market in central Florence that's retained its proper identity.

'Cause obviously the Mercato Centrale is wonderful, and that's where I'll go if I'm looking for fish or whatever.

But there is a commercialization that's come in there, I would say, whereas Sant'Ambrogio is so unapologetically just the farmers from out of town who are coming in, they're flogging their wares.
