It's like we want to see people doing really cool creative stuff and kind of just stretching the boundaries of what people do.

know and what people you know their comfort zones um which you know kind of brings us to your your current role lizzie's memphis style barbecue and the wharf seafood two very different concepts but you know each kind of connected in you know the the high quality hospitality ingredients and I'm curious how you preserve each restaurant's identity while still applying those high standards of quality and hospitality.
