Melvine Malard

it just feels like it's not not a bunny sure yeah

let's be honest not Russo like and not Melvin Mallard

yes

you know those kind of players come to mind as

I mean, like, you know, that's something I think you can hold up with Chelsea in some respects that

they have.

I mean, I think Mallard's starting to establish herself as that goal scorer now, but I think in past seasons, like quite recent seasons, I don't really feel like they've had a massive standout.

It's kind of been a bit more spread out between players.

Alex Greenwood, 26th.

Mallard, 28th.

And Miedema, 28th.

They both tied for the bottom position.

Sonoda came in on the help and Baltimore just left her face down in the dirt, two-handed, just fighting off the tackle like nothing.

Chipped the ball up.

Mallard was in front of goal.

Easy header.

Ryan Sonoda dinks it up.

And Mallard heads it in.

Chelsea in front.

Mallard with the goal.

But that was all about the mazy run from Sandy Baltimore.

Oh, whoa! Palace 1, Chelsea 3.

Yeah, it was.

I'll go, I've got two, I always find two winners.

So yeah, and there's been change, hasn't there? Lost some massive players over the last six months and working with a few new ones as well.

Mallard and And McCabe, to name just two, looked to have come in and had a pretty positive impact.

And Mallard as well has been just working back up to speed.

So, no, I'm really looking forward to it.

Obviously, hopefully there'll be a big crowd, 12 o'clock kick-off at Stamford Bridge against the enemy, really, in Spurs.

So Chelsea rounded off their first block unbeaten with a comprehensive 3-0 win over West Ham.

Melvin Mallard opening up the scoring just before half-time before Keira Walsh And Maika Hermano made sure of the points late on.

Comfortable from Chelsea, not necessarily swashbuckling.

Susie, they had to work hard to break down West Ham's low block in the first half.

They are efficient when they need to be.

They've got players that can take the game by the scruff of the neck in the way that we were saying, you know, kind of maybe Arsenal were lacking in earlier.

Mallard, such a phenomenal centre-forward.

Her touch and turn and strike for the opener, I think, is, you know, kind of real good.
