Joining me today we have Kate Douglas coming off a six-medal haul at the 2026 Pan Pacific Championships.

Four gold, two silver, 23.19, that world record in the 50 meter freestyle.

Um, and yeah, I, I don't think my heart rate dipped below 150 for, like, an hour and a half.

Joining me today, eight-time Olympic medalist Regan Smith, coming off the 2026 Pan Pacific Championships where she won three medals: one gold, two silver.

Joining me today we have Gretchen Walsh coming off a seven-medal haul at the Pan Pacific Championships, her biggest medal haul of her entire career on the international stage, and probably her worst meet of the year.

She did get a PB in the 100 freestyle, which she notes she got in the prelims, so she's taking her wins where she can.
