So when you're in a meeting or when you're in a certain situation, sometimes you, because you're in your head a lot, it's useful to take the time before a meeting, before an engagement, to really think through your thoughts and to prepare yourself using that ability to think before the actual events.

Introverts, we, because we may, may be a little bit more reserved or quieter, because then in those circumstances, actually taking the time to listen to other people, to actively listen to what they're saying and to take that feedback on board, and to be able to lead knowing what everybody around you is thinking and feeling.
