Like, where does that instinct come from to like, it's not just carry the torch, it's to throw in and throw a Molotov cocktail and everything and tell everyone what they need to hear.

Well, you're absolutely right that it does sometimes perhaps feel like women are talking about the same issues over and over again and none of them get resolved.

And that is definitely the case.

And I think it's because it's so deeply rooted in society and culture where women's place was.

And you don't have to go back very far at all to get to a time in history where women couldn't have their own checkbook or buy their own house so we are still in in such And early days of women actually having equality.

And I think there's also a much bigger risk to women who put themselves out there online than there is for men because women are much more likely to have negative attention as a result of putting themselves out there, negative attention that could potentially be harmful to them, literal physical harm.

So I think that's one of the reasons that women are a little bit less willing to put themselves out there.

But can you kind of talk about what that looks like for you and how you balance it week to week, especially as a busy parent?
