And this just is like – it was a great example of, for me anyway – the body as a whole like the body has fluids that it needs to move and release like your whole lymphatic and glymphatic systems just require things to be in motion and if your lifestyle becomes a little more static yeah or in my case like just not getting that real rigorous movement that i think my body craves um and then just moving these things along a little bit using the tools move things along.
