i've been able to take on more sugars and i feel like it's been helping me as well and something like i've been high sodium before i've been high sugar in my running and so it's a lot of things that like a culmination of a lot of things and i'm still going even higher you haven't seen the workout video for it yet but um i went even higher than the high carb pb that i set for the week five video and then the week six video just went out this morning and just finished it so that's something for you guys to uh check out Rich Wilson says, Megan Eckert, overall American six-day record and women's world record of 636.482 miles.
