I'd imagine it's probably less than Meg Lanning gets paid, but in terms of value for money, that is amazing.

And she's just that sort of player that you need.

It was the Barbados Tridents Women taking on the Jamaica Empress Women, and the Tridents were batting first, and they would get to 140 thanks to 39s for both Madi Green and Suzie Bates to overcome a four wicket haul from Stephanie Taylor.

Then with the bat in hand for the Empresses, well, it was 47 from Amie Hunter paired up with 57 from Meg Lanning at the opening spots to give the Empress a chance to win, but some crucial wickets at crucial times, including the wickets of Lanning and Hunter, would mean that the Tridents would walk away with a three run win.

The Barbados Tridents women were back in action this time against the Guyana Amazon Warriors women.

The Tridents, well, they had Hayley Matthews, the captain, opening the batting, and she would score 50 off of 37, alongside Kieran Navgair, who would score 38 off of 29, before Suzie Bates would get in at the end, scoring 22 off 11 to rocket the Tridents to a score of 158 to offset the three wicket haul of Sheneta Grimand.

Um, and they were all working within a space within Cricket Australia, um, or in their state associations as coaches.

Um, but the year before, it was actually more females than males, and that was Meg Lanning, I think Beth Mooney was on it, and some current players who are still playing who are experimenting to see which way they may go after their careers.

So there's definitely opportunities, and Cricket Australia are promoting, um, opportunities to, to help players out in that transition.

As with most other aspects of the women's game, Cricket Australia are leading the way on bringing through past players into head coach roles.

To add to that, Mandana's century was her 18th in all formats.

And that has taken her past former Australia captain Meg Lanning and her record for the most in women's internationals.

But, you know, individually, what makes Mandana such a special player?

And that's what makes them fiery and interesting.

So on that point, while you cannot argue in terms of runs, not at all.

But I'm still going to put Meg Lanning, the megastar, in front.

And this is my reasoning why.

Which is just phenomenal.

The Times of India is reporting that with her 124 runs off just 64 balls against Hong Kong in the T20 Asia Cup, she surpassed Meg Lanning and Laura Wolvard.

She is now the all-time leading century maker in women's international cricket.

And it's not just that she got the century, it's how she did it.

And there was a fair bit of criticism around the AI they used as well because they were using players likeness.

And so, for example, Meg Lanning, who used to captain the Australian women's team, she was in this video.

But did she get paid for it or is it just because that image exists in the world that AI has been able to pull it in and her image has been used there? There's a lot of different things that artificial intelligence is bringing up when we talk about the way that clubs are marketed and also IP, all those kinds of things.

things aren't sexy to talk about exactly, but it's happening around the world.
